I was a little nervous at first about buying a car I hadn't actually seen. I was soon put at ease after talking to these guys at length. Everything was arranged over the phone, including finance. The car was personally delivered to me only 3 days later. And even then There was no rush to sign anything, I had chance to make sure i was still happy before going ahead with the purchase. I am delighted with my BMW. It is exactly as it was described, nothing hidden from me. These guys really do go above and beyond.
